Manage your account details, subscription plan, usage, and payment information.
What is the Settings Page?
The Settings page has two sections: Account Settings (your organization details) and Billing (your subscription, usage, and payments). Only account Owners and Admins can access this page.
Account Settings
View your organization details including:
- Organization Name — Your business name as it appears in BLEUM.
- Organization ID — Your unique account identifier.
- Data Region — Where your data is stored geographically.
- Account Created — When your organization was first set up.
Billing & Subscription
Your Plan
See your current subscription plan, billing period, and included minutes. BLEUM offers four plans:

| Pro | Established businesses with high call volumes. |
| Enterprise | Large organizations with custom needs and dedicated support. |
Usage
Track how many minutes you have used compared to what is included in your plan. The usage bar shows your current consumption with color indicators:
- Green — Under 70% used. You are in good shape.
- Yellow — Between 70-90% used. Consider your usage patterns.
- Red — Over 90% used. You may need to upgrade or purchase additional minutes.
Payment & Invoices
Manage your payment method and view past invoices. Click "Manage Billing" to open the billing portal where you can update your credit card, download invoices, or change your plan.
Common Questions
Calls continue to work normally. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate. You will see overage charges on your next invoice.
Yes. Click "Change Plan" to see available options. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
You can cancel anytime from the billing settings. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted immediately, giving you time to reactivate if needed.
