Quick Start Guide

New to BLEUM? Follow these steps to go live with your first voice AI agent.

Get a phone number

Purchase a phone number from the Phone Numbers page. Choose an area code that matches your business location.

Set your voice

Go to Voice Experience and pick a voice for your AI agent. You can preview different voices before choosing.

Build a procedure

Open Flow Builder and create your first call flow. Add steps for greeting, gathering information, and resolving the call.

Test and go live

Call your number to test the experience. When you're happy, publish your procedure and you're live.

๐Ÿ’ก Can't find what you're looking for? Use the Assistant panel on any admin page โ€” click the green help panel on the right side of your screen. The Assistant can answer questions about whatever page you're on, and if it can't help, it will connect you with the BLEUM support team.
