This Privacy Policy describes how BLEUM, Inc. ("BLEUM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our voice automation platform and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
BLEUM is a B2B voice automation platform. We process data on behalf of our business customers ("Customers") who use our platform to manage voice interactions with their end users ("Callers"). This Privacy Policy covers data we collect from Customers, their authorized users, website visitors, and Callers.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all information we process, and we comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and CAN-SPAM.
When you create an account, we collect: name, email address, organization name, and payment information (processed by Stripe). We may also collect your company website, phone number, and job title.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including: call logs and metadata (duration, timestamps, phone numbers), voice recordings and transcripts (as configured by you), procedure configurations and knowledge base content, and platform usage analytics (pages visited, features used).
When Callers interact with your BLEUM-powered voice system, we process: phone number (caller ID), voice recordings (if enabled by you), call transcripts, and any information the Caller provides during the call.
We collect standard technical data including: IP address, browser type and version, device information, and log data (access times, error logs).

We do not use your call recordings or transcripts to train AI models for other customers. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service:

You can configure recording and transcript retention periods in your account settings. After cancellation, all customer data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted.

Your data is processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers. EU customers can request EU-region data processing.
